In addition to his baseball achievements, Payton has made a name for himself in lacrosse. Now in his third year of playing field lacrosse, he recently had a standout season that not only saw his team win the prestigious Richmond Romp Tournament but also sparked a fire in him to become a better all-around athlete. Payton's ability to play multiple full games and shore up the defense last season earned him an MVP award, a testament to his growing skills and leadership on the field. His experiences on the lacrosse field also motivated him to dedicate more time in the gym, focusing on strength and speed.
