Kesler Curtis is a dedicated athlete from Delta who has been immersed in the world of baseball from a young age. Growing up playing in the North Delta Baseball Association from T-Ball to Peewee, Kesler's love for the sport has grown alongside his impressive skills. Now, as he returns to North Delta to play for the North Delta Pirates at the 18U AAA level, his dedication to baseball is stronger than ever.
Over the years, he has accumulated notable accomplishments, including back-to-back Bantam National Championships in 2023 and 2024, as well as representing Team BC at the Las Vegas Desert Classic. His talent was also showcased when he pitched a complete game, 1-hitter to help his team win the 2024 Best of the West Championship. Kesler has earned a BC Summer Games bronze medal and is a top-of-the-order middle infielder with outstanding range and a strong arm.
In addition to his baseball success, Kesler is a standout multi-sport athlete. He plays hockey at the Delta Hockey Academy and recently attended a WHL camp with the Vancouver Giants. His goal is to play in the WHL or NCAA, showing his determination to excel in both sports. Whether it’s baseball or hockey, Kesler aspires to have a future in athletics—either through playing or coaching—where he can work with top-level athletes. His passion for sports is matched by his ambitions, as he looks forward to a career that will allow him to help others reach their full potential in the athletic world.
Looking ahead, Kesler is focused on earning an athletic scholarship in either the US or Canada to further his sports career while pursuing his academic and professional aspirations. He is also planning for a future profession in either firefighting, as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), or in physiotherapy, with the goal of working in a field where he can combine his love for athletics and helping others. His determination, versatility, and commitment to excellence make him a promising young athlete with a bright future ahead.
